It charges through most cases up to about 2mm thick. Very thick, metal or wallet/card cases can block wireless charging, so remove those for the fastest, most reliable charge.
The display shows time, day and temperature, and syncs to the correct time over Bluetooth — so you don't have to set or reset it manually. You can switch between 12/24-hour and °C/°F with the side buttons.
